What is counseling?
Counseling provides guidance and clarity to personal or relationship problems. It is a process that helps improve lifestyle, communication and coping skills, thinking patterns and behaviors. It's an opportunity to explore both our internal and external working systems. It's a place to learn and grow.
Do you accept insurance?
*Each provider varies in ability to accept insurance. Please ask when requesting specific provider.
We accept HSA's (health saving accounts), cash, credit cards, checks, and the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO only), TriCare (authorization number required before scheduling 1st apppointment), Triwest *Co-Pays are subject to Insurance Plan and Insurance Deductible Terms, Private Pay, Other insurances as out of network.
Where are you located?
We are located on El Paso's west side. We are inside Sunwest Medical Plaza, which is next to Whole Foods. We are in the intersection of Redd and Resler. Our address is 6955 N. Mesa St. Ste. 304.
