Hypnosis

Deep Relaxation

Hypnosis is a practice that has been around since the 18th century in the western civilization; but did not become researched for medical purposes. It was Sigmund Freud, with the invention of psychoanalysis, that was able to use hypnosis for mental health.

Hypnosis is a deep relaxation where the patients are able to regain control of their lives in various situations. By itself, or as a part of a psychotherapy, it is a quicker way to make changes in our life programming that has been unconsciously hindering our lives for years.

The greater part of our mind is the unconscious (subconscious) mind, making up for more than 88% of our life. We are a byproduct of our experiences from childhood until now and hypnosis is a way to change that life script for an overall improvement.

Our office has been awarded as Best of El Paso – Hypnotherapy Services for three years in a row, (2015, 2016, and 2017), because of our experience and knowledge.
