Online Counseling

“Physical distance while staying emotionally close.” Bruce Perry, MD, PhD

You are not alone.  We are here.

We realize that recent events due to COVID-19 has placed restrictions on physical closeness.

However, physical distance doesn’t mean that we are meant to disconnect emotionally

We can still socially connect via technology.

If you are feeling lonely or isolating yourself, please know that you are not alone.

During this time, it’s important to receive and continue support.

Telehealth is a counseling service that uses technology to connect.

It enables you to connect with a licensed mental health therapist by using an online platform.

Our providers are trained and able to continue services in a creative and compassionate way using Telehealth.

You can count on a HIPPA compliant portal with video and audio options.

Please call for more information.

* We can provide telehealth to any individual who resides in Texas.
